Someone called Moe's bootleg Chipotle, but I think Chipotle is bootleg Moe's.
PROS
-More menu/topping options (taco salad bowls, crunch wraps, olives, cucumbers, a "help-yourself" salsa buffet)
-Super friendly employees
-Free chips with every meal (as it should be)
-Tastier food!
-Clean and large dining area
-Huge parking lot
-Free water cup if you ask
-Very large portions
CONS
-LOUD. If you have PTSD or anxiety, do not come here. Every time someone opens the door, all of the employees yell "Welcome to Moe's!" It's irritating after the second time.
-SLOW. It is short-staffed and the poor employees are always running around trying their best to keep up with the line.
My advice? Do not come here if you are in a rush and be patient. I heard so many people complaining about the wait time; if you don't want to wait, then leave!
The wait is worth it in the end. My salad was delicious and I will most definitely be returning. -

Seriously?? Here at 1:15 in the afternoon. No line, three people 'working' and waited five solid minutes before they even acknowledged us. The woman who eventually took our order (didn't catch her name as she didn't have a name tag -smart move) seemed legitimately bothered by us being here. Very crappy attitude. Lots of sighing, like we were keeping her from something important. Her Facial expression the entire time made me feel very unwelcome. Been here before, never again. Chipotle just opened across the street. Why would we deal with this crap? Food was fine btw but why would I give this place my money??? Won't be back but will tell friends not to bother.

I ordered a burrito steak bowl online. The place wasnt busy when I had arrived to pick up my order and they had 3 workers who were on their phones. Of course, my order wasn't ready, so I had to wait. I paid and left. Opened my bowl to find no steak...........at this point im pissed. Went back to show them my receipt and no steak in my bowl. He gave me a tiny scoop. When I finally got to sit down and eat it, there were pieces of uncooked rice. I couldnt even enjoy it had to keep spitting out the hard pieces of uncooked rice. Would not go back!!!! Lazy workers and uncooked rice.

I had the quesadilla and with chicken and let's just say, it didn't sit well on my stomach. Never again Moe's, never again.

I have been here three times when I want to eat buritos, but I don't want to cook myself and don't want to go to Taco Hell. That's only reason I go there. However, my experience so far was NOT that fantastic. Here are a couple of reasons why:
1. People who make burritos and tacos do not look too happy about their jobs. They always have dirt look and not that polite. One time, I almost wanted to say "Hey, you should get the f*** out of here if you are not happy.".
2. Peple running the register are not that quick. Again, slow and not happy about his/her job is deadly combination.
Overall, I am not sure if I want to go there any time soon....
